Our minimum rental period is 6 weeks. We require our drivers give us 1 week notice before they return their vehicle. This notice can be given any time after 4 weeks of rent; simply contact the office via mobile or email.
Yes. All vehicles are subject to a £300 refundable deposit unless stated otherwise. In order to make this sum easier to pay, we allow our drivers to pay half of this upfront, and the other half can be split over a period of 5 week.
We will need your PHV licence, PHV certificate, the front and back of your driver’s licence, your National Insurance number, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
Yes, as long as you have comprehensive insurance.
Yes, it is possible if it is booked for the same day.
As a driver, you are responsible for any PCN or traffic contravention that occurs whilst you are in possession of the vehicle.
After returning the vehicle, provided there is no outstanding debt on your account or damage to the vehicle, your deposit will be refunded after 5 working days. This is to ensure there are no outstanding PCNs attributed to you.
